A great So Far

"Using RVP12W8 for bottom end in a 12" stage monitor, sealed cabinet with Horn crossed at 2k. Sounds good, reasonably flat using pink noise and a RTA. This isn't a high power boom box, LF cutoff is 70hz. Great value in this type of application."

Great speakers

"I've had a pair for a year replacing old speakers in a heavy box. I've pushed these so hard, and they still give me clean sound at low level. I replaced all the compasitors with 400 volt ones. Cause I kept blowing up 3 way crossovers so I bought a box of different micro ferrits capacitors and set up the silk dome midrange with 10 micro ferrits capacitor. The piezo tweeter has a 7 micro ferrits capacitor. The JBL speakers have a 33 micro ferrits capacitor on it. The Rockville 12 inch pro woofer has no compasitors they are wired straight up. I get all the frequency s out of them. I really beat on these woofers and after blowing 4 crossovers they still sound like Brand new. They broke in now so they sound better than new . I blew 4 crossovers and they blew out my midrange s. So I got a silk dome midrange that goes from 1. 500 khz to 20. 000. I don't miss a sound on any music. Nine inch nails will show you how good you speakers are. Pink Floyd aswell."

"Love these speakers. I have 15” in Rockville PACabinets. I put this speaker in a Peavey Basic 50 bass amp and it sounds fantastic. Did I mention that these high quality speakers are very inexpensive"

Richard (5/5)

Glad I found them.

"Did some quick searches on a replacement for an old 12” Marantz woofer. Although this one wasn’t an exact match/for, it was actually a pretty significant upgrade. Also, Rockville’s prices were about 30-40% less than the first few options I came across. Glad I spent a little bit more time looking and long enough to find this company. Hopefully this ends your search. ☮️ and keep on Rockin’ in the free world."

Glad I found this woofer

"When my Marantz receiver died it took one of my Kenwood speakers with it, blowing the subwoofer. I found this Rockville RVP12W8 600 W 12"" Raw Replacement DJ PA Subwoofer 8 Ohm Sub Woofer online and I'm glad I did. After replacing the receiver, I can now listen to my music again. Great price, great sound. Note, I did design and 3D Print some tabs to mount it in my speaker enclosure."

"I bought 3 8-ohm speakers that look well built, sound is good, I'm still testing it, to replace 3 4-ohm Rockville RSG12. 4 12 3-Way 1000 Watt 4-ohm subwoofer, each speaker lasted only one year, I have doubt with the speaker watt capacity specification, the speaker was connected to a Pyle Amplifier PT694BT 1000 watt for 5 channels (200 watt per channel) and only lasted one year each with a difference of one or three months."
