Very disappointed

"I bought this bag rack because I thought I was purchasing a quality product however, when I removed my rack from the rack bag I noticed that the carpet covering was multiple pieces glued halfway on the wooden rack. It even has tiny thin strips in spots to hide the poor fit of a miscut piece. I'm very dissatisfied with this if this went through any kind of quality control !! (#) I will upload pictures when told to do so."

Nice but problem,

"Nice case but none of my units will reach to the other side, so I can only connect one side of my effects units, had to use zip ties to hold the other side, case is about 1 inch to long, manufacturer defect, sorry, wish I could give a better report, but you might need to contact factory to check the problem."
