I received my order #8000085

"I received my order #8000085 and the case of the main speaker was broken. I texted a photo of the damage to sales@rockvilleaidio.com with this message: Attention Karen -- Attached is a photo of the main speaker with the damaged corner on the bottom. I found about 10 pieces of broken plastic inside the box and set them in the photo also. I hooked up the system and it worked so that says something about the quality and durabilty of your products. How would I go about submitting a freight claim for this damage? If it is more convenient, could you send a replacement speaker and I'll return the broken one in the same box? Please reply promptly since I want to use this in an upcoming event soon. John Foster"

"The Sound is clear, the volume is loud. This 12 speaker has got some weight thus a big magnet giving the speaker some kick. Versatile with many input options and if that is not enough you can put it on FM. Top notch for the money, I would put it on par with my Edison and Pyle 12"" speakers and these Rockvilles were cheaper and look more modern and came with a Mic & Cables Don't hesitate, it's a quality product, Rockville doesn't disappoint."
