Some issues

"Pretty good speakers but the cord that connects the two is finnicky. The passive speaker goes in and out so I have to have someone adjusting the cord the whole time I'm hosting an event. Also both speaker tripod stands broke rather quickly and the legs have to be fully extended outward on the bottom, which doesn't work in small spaces. I've had people trip on them before so I've had to stop using them and instead put the speakers on top of tables. I'm working on upgrading my speakers bc of these problems."

Great Speakers! Mediocre customer service.

"I purchased a set of RGPK122K speakers back in late November. I have been purchasing Rockville products for a while now and knew they would be just what I needed. However when they came in I noticed they were actually 10” speakers instead of the 12” speakers I had ordered. I quickly contacted customer service on a Thursday afternoon (business day) and let them know they had sent me the wrong size and that I would like to return them. I waited and waited but even after a week I had no email response (they state to contact them by email if you want to return an item). I sent another email a week later stating that I had not recived a response and that I would like a coupon equal to the promotion they had been running that week. I could have used their promotional deal and re-ordered the correct set of sepakers if they had authorized my return and given me my refund. A day after the second email they responded with my return authorization but ignored my request for the promotion(in the second email) and then denied my request (in a third email). Meaning I would need to purchase them at full price when I could have had 15% off just a few days earlier. Thankfully the return process went well and I have now recived the correct speakers. Overall I love rockvilles products and will continue to be a customer. Although I would like the customer service be more coordinated."
