User Guide
Owner's Manual
Yes. There are two 1/4" inputs on the back, so two people can sing at once. If your mics have XLR plugs, you'll need an XLR-to-1/4" cable for each one, and mics aren't included. Stand behind the speaker while you sing so the mics don't pick up the sound and squeal.
Press the Key button to pick the song's key from 12 options. Then set Snap to Near (most natural), Up, or Low to choose how your voice gets pulled onto the right note. Accuracy switches between Normal for a lighter touch and Better for quicker correction. Look up the song's key before you start for the best match.
Yes. Put the mic in one input and the guitar in the other. Both share the same volume (the C setting in the Menu) and the same echo. Auto-tune also affects the guitar, so turn it off if it starts pulling your guitar out of tune.
Up to 8 hours on a full charge, enough for a backyard party or a long karaoke night. While charging, a red light shows at the top right of the display and turns green when the battery is full. When the battery gets low, the battery icon flashes and the speaker beeps a warning. After the third warning, it shuts off.
You can stream over Bluetooth 5.0 from up to 45 feet away, or plug in a USB drive (up to 128GB), a microSD card, or a device with a 3.5mm aux cable. USB plays MP3, WMA, and WAV files, and the speaker switches to USB mode on its own as soon as you plug the drive in. A built-in holder on top keeps your phone in reach while you stream.
Press MODE until the display shows "bt," then pick "ROCK PARTY 9" on your phone. If it doesn't show up, hold the phone within 5 feet of the speaker and move away from Wi-Fi routers and microwaves. Also check that the speaker isn't still connected to someone else's phone. Holding Play/Pause disconnects the old phone.
It turns the music down whenever someone talks into the mic, then brings it back up. That makes it easy to make announcements, toasts, or birthday shout-outs without anyone running back to the volume knob. Turn it on from the included remote.
