"I typically build my own cases so that I can get exact sizes for my gear, but it takes a lot of time. When I saw the price of these cases, it hit me that I couldnt build a case for this amount when you look at what the hardware costs and how much time I put into construction. While the hardware quality is slightly less than what I normally use, the overall value is exceptional. These are half the cost of similar commercially available cases. They look good, my lights fit and so far they have impressed me, especially the amount of foam padding that is included. One note on the quality - when I received my first pair of cases, I thought the extrusions (corner pieces), might actually be plastic, but they are aluminum, just a lighter guage than what I normally purchase. The handles and latches seem to be of fairly equal quality to those I would normally buy (Penn Elcom) and I like the laminate finish. We'll see how well they hold up over time. I would not recommend these for super heavy use (i. e. , a touring show with gruff roadies), but for a weekly DJ or someone who handles their own gear with some level of care, they look like they should hold up. Overall I've been impressed with all of my Rockville purchases so far and have sent other folks their way."

"Case is well made, but… Will not fit Chauvet Q-spot 260… website says it does but it doesn’t. . removed the midsection, added foam padding and it fits them but not how designed. . I made them work, cause I didn’t want to deal with sending them back."

"Just want I’ve been looking for. Most brands price this at $500+. This was a steal at $300 Plenty a room for wires cables and brackets on the top after you put the lights in. The latches in hinges work perfect broadcasters we’re all really smooth."

"Great protection. Fixtures fit well but the extra fittings that come with the case do not stay in place. The top indentations to stack boxes make for a poor design. This hinders the ability to attach the extra support pieces the most. I doubt these cases will be stacked on top of each other. All in all I’m happy. Nothing some joke modifications cant fix."
