"The reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is due to the soft metal lag screws and very basic anchors provided. While the wall mount is durable and a good value, the screws which have a Phillips head inside a lag bolt are soft enough to easily strip the Phillips head and they do not include a small washer or have large enough head to secure without causing damage to the wall mount itself when using a lag driver. . I had to go to Lowe’s and upgrade to stainless steel lags (same size) but add small washers to secure the mounts properly. . supplied lag bolts either would strip or would bore into the armature of the wall mount and cause paint to strip and unit to not secure…the anchors provided also do not bite well enough and we’re easily spun loose while driving screws into them. I had to make additional holes and use different anchors then patch where provided anchors were used."
