"I ordered a speaker box from rockvilleaudio. com. I received the box damaged. It was cracked in half. I returned the box and speakers. I got a confirmation emailed that all items had been received back and it would be 3-5 business days before I would get my money back. It's been over 5 business days and I haven't received my money, nor have I heard from anyone at Rockvilleaudio. This has been a timely process so far with no results"
