Overall Good System with a few shortcomings

"Installed in a small Church and sound quality has been very good. Picture of unit showed "Screw terminals" but unit actually has a different type of connector which is less rigid and entire block has to be removed to add additional wires from speakers. Very difficult to get 12ga stranded fire in connector so go with 14ga instead. Control knobs are easy to use but difficult to see where it is set because it is all black. Should have put white line on knob for better visibility. Display is somewhat difficult to read and seems washed out. Buttons for menu selections are not very intuitive and navigating is not easy. Would be nice to has a single line out to feed a non 70v destination like a computer or other line level device."

Better than I hoped for!

"Hello, I took on the project of adding a PA System to our American Legion Hall. 70 X 60 with 12 ft ceilings. I called a spoke with a technician at Rockville. He was very helpful in recommending all components needed. Installation was enjoyable and straight forward. Sound in the Hall with these 8 speakers is incredible!! Best of all we saved thousands by doing it ourselves."

"Something started to go wrong with the amplifier receiver as like if the phone is far away from the receiver. I pu the phone close to the receiver and it still didn’t stop the noise as if it was still far and losing signal. I’ll contact the support team."
