Don't bother with "slightly used. "

"The listing said ""slightly used"", the speaker didn't work and the wheels didn't turn. Looks like someone bought it, abused it for a gig or two and returned it. The packaging looked like it has been returned a few times. I wanted the 15, but the price induced me to upgrade to the discounted/used 18, won't do that again. Couldn't speak to anyone other than an offshore call center, eventually received return info via email after giving up on the phone help and complaining by email. Took a few emails to finally get the correct items on the return packing request. Hopefully a refund or replacement turns out to be a more pleasant experience. Generally I really like Rockville products, but this has not been a good experience."
