"Ordered the punisher 12d2 , didnt receive it, i guess it got lost by UPS side of things . Called the customer service which was very helpful and i got my money back the next day so all i can say is the customer service was fast and efficient. Was hoping i could do a real review but ill have to reorder the sub when i can afford it. looking forward to seeing how the punisher sounds it looks like a beast of a sub, i still want to try it out some day. Until then ill give it a good review because i did get my my refund so fast and with no problems."
