Rockville grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and download Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, United States for any disputes arising from these Terms.


Arbitration: Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rockville
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent
  • Survival: Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination
19. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
