    "I bought the HTS820 to compliment a new TV purchase. Setup and connection was a breeze. Everything worked great until it didn’t. 30 minutes into listening, the subwoofer quit working halfway thru Emerson, Lake, and Palmer’s Trilogy. Sound was still coming thru the satellite speakers so I knew the amp was still functioning. I tried a couple reset options to no avail. Figured I blew the speaker or fried the voice coil which was kinda surprising because the volume was around the 1/2 way point. On the bright side, Rockville was very cool and made the return process as easy as possible. I opted for a full refund rather than an exchange. I just didn’t have confidence in the product. Sorry Rockville."

    "First off. . wow the sound is ultra clear both on hdmi arc and optical, but hdmi is obviously best and 2nd of all, so easy to set up, 1 minute i was unboxing it with a huge smile, and not even 15 minutes later im sitting on my bed with the same smile listening to the great sound that comes from this system, I have not had any issues like anyone else in the reviews but knock on wood because anything can develop, I rate this a strong 5 stars and hopefully this will help someone decide on buying it, there's nothing like it in this price range!!!"
