"The inside attachment rail size changed from your standard 18mm height to a 15mm height. This results in rack equipment to not fit by 1/4". I assume you buy the inside rails from a 3rd party vender and they must have switched the part to the smaller size. This product should be recalled and corrected! It is defective! I have a rrb40 that has the correct rack rail height and I have included photos showing the difference."

"I had a big, bulky molded road case for a few rack items I used to use for my keyboard rig. I brought those items out of retirement, but since they're all shallow-depth, I decided to look for a smaller case and I couldn't even believe how expensive they were! The one I found that are bags are less expensive than the molded plastic ones, but I was hoping to also be able to stack something on top of the case (laptop or sound module) and they all had pockets, so that wouldn't work. On my 1000th google search, I found Rockville and so glad I did. The things that make this case great: 1. Built really solidly - with wood, but it's still not heavy. 2. The rack comes out of its case so I can stack things on top without them toppling over 3. The rack is carpeted - this added bonus enabled me to velcro my USB hub to the inside wall. 4. The case is really well made and makes it very easy to carry. 5. Much less expensive than comparable racks. Rockville is now on my regular rotation when looking for gear!"
