    "The light did not suit my purpose, It was not bright enough. I was willing to try something else and I asked the CSR about that but she didn't seem to want to help me out in that respect - she was only interested in helping me return the item, not replacing it with something more suitable. So, I returned your $40 light and bought $100 lights somewhere else online."
