"We used the RAMSYS15 at our 5K race, outdoors, crowd noise. The system was plenty loud enough. What was more impressive was the customer service. Our order arrived 2 weeks before the race and it didn’t work. The CSR suggested some fixes. When they didn’t work, he ordered us a replacement system and emailed us return UPS labels. The new system arrived on time and works great. I love dealing with real human beings!"
