    Missing parts and remote.

    "I wouldn't care that much if there was good communication. I have called 5 times and emailed twice. First, they tried to argue with me about the missing parts saying I didn't buy the right package. After I sent them photos of the product, only then did they ""start an investigation"" here we are almost 3 weeks later and I still don't have the parts. I went to home depot for the screws and the Amp works, just waiting for the remote control and wires now."
