    "This past week I called in an order for a Rockshield 3 and a set of PA stands. This was my first purchase from Rockville. That was on a Friday. To my disbelief, the complete order was delivered to my house on the following Tuesday. That had to be the absolute quickest delivery I have ever had. After reading a prior review, I was skeptical. No need for that. The delivery time I received speaks for itself. Folks must keep in mind that once the purchased item is received by the delivery carrier, it is totally out of the hands of the seller, in this case Rockville. I received the items in well packed containers. All items assembled easily. The suggested assembly video greatly contributed to an easy assembly. All items work perfectly. I look forward to lots of great enjoyment using these items. By the way, to my dismay I received a free gift for purchasing more than $79 in my order. Crazy. Bluetooth speaker works great also. . . Great company. . . . well worth the phone call."

    Slow to ship

    "I waited over a month to get my gear; ordered from three companies at one time; Rockville was the only one that did not manage to get items to me within a week. In fact, it wasn’t until I gave a negative review about not having received the item that the shipment was finally made and my complaint acknowledged. I will not work with this company again, but they did at least follow through and (eventually) get my order sent my way."
