Repair/replace old tattered woofers to salvage speakers

"Repaired/replaced the old 6 ohm 15"" woofers in my ""Realistic"" (okay but midvalue at the time when RadioShack was closing: sectoral horn-tweeter-15""woofer sealed speakers). . . almost threw them out but they sounded okay for some years. . . the new woofers are 8 ohm and a little mismatch in impedance but with built-in adjustments for the mid and high end seems a good overall match and for my old ears was a good fix. . . old woofers were in tatters!"
