CONCERT ATMOSPHERE AT HOME
The DT 880 Premium sounds very neutral and relaxed. The bass reproduction penetrates very deeply, but is not overstated. This feature is particularly appealing to lovers of jazz and classical music because it gives the headphones a really transparent sound and makes the individual components of the music clearly audible. Thanks to its semi-open design, the DT 880 Premium allows some ambient noise to penetrate and escape, but attenuates it somewhat stronger than in the case of a fully open headphone such as the DT 990 Edition.

DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO DT 880 PRO
The DT 880 Premium is identical to the DT 880 PRO when it comes to sound. That's because we use similarly designed acoustic transducers for both headphones. However, the premium models have a somewhat softer headband for enjoying music at home with maximum comfort while our PRO headset has a slightly tighter fit on the head so that it doesn't move even in everyday studio use. Moreover, the Premium version is supplied with a straight cable and the PRO version with a coiled cable.

32 OHMS
Models with an impedance of 32 ohms are extremely versatile and are also ideal for use on mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets for example.

250 OHMS
The 250-Ohm headphones were developed primarily for use at home on a stereo system.

600 OHMS

Pure sound!
The ROCKBOX has 100 watts of power! The most impressive thing to me about this speaker is the sound quality! The bass is incredible! I compared this against a $300 home theater speaker and this had way better bass! The highs are also crystal clear. To really test this speaker hard, I turned the volume up 100% to the max, turned the bass up 100% to the max and played some bass-heavy rap songs, and all I can say is wow! Playback options
The ROCKBOX has a top of the line Bluetooth module built in. The Bluetooth range is around 65 feet. Once paired for the first time it will auto pair to your phone in under 5 seconds from when you turn the unit on. The Bluetooth volume level is excellent and the sound quality is excellent in Bluetooth mode or any other mode.

The USB input allows you to play back your songs stored on a thumb drive. You can also connect an MP3 player or other USB device to the speaker through the USB.
The SD card slot allows you to play back songs stored on an SD card.

There is also a 3.5MM auxiliary input to connect a phone or other audio device. You can also use the aux input to connect this to your computer or laptop.
